More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
